Registration procedures

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes: participation in the congress, accommodation in a university room or equivalent (for students), coffee breaks, lunches, gala meal/cocktail reception (30 euros increase for master's students)

 (*) Rates do not include the gala dinner/cocktail reception. The gala dinner is available with an additional charge of 30 euros.

 (**) Rates do not take into account accommodation.

Procedures to follow

 Step 1 - Registration

Registration for the conference is performed via a single online form in the "My registration" tab. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to contact:  "jnoejc2026-inscription@univ-lehavre.fr"

 The validation of the registration is conditional on the payment of the registration fees.

  If you request an oral presentation or poster, you must submit an abstract in the template available in the section "Abstract submission". The abstract must be submitted before May 17, 2026.

 Step 2 - Payment

The payment of the registration fees must be made according to one of the following methods :

 Modality 1 – Payment by Purchase Order

 Your billing department must prepare and send us an order form (jnoejc2026-inscription@univ-lehavre.fr).

1. The order form must be worded as follows:
   "Participation in the JNOEJC 2026", specifying the name(s) of the participant(s).

Catherine Taillier, Treasurer 

1. An invoice will be sent to you via Chorus Pro (public establishments) or by e-mail (private establishments), with the purchase order number.
2. Payment is then made by your institution.

  Modality 2 – Payment by bank transfer

1. To receive the bank details, send an email to: jnoejc2026-inscription@univ-lehavre.fr
2. When making the transfer, be sure to check the amount corresponding to your rate and to indicate
    "Participation in the JNOEJC 2026" is the title of the transfer. Please indicate your first and last name in the transfer references. 
3. Please send us a copy of the transfer order (jnoejc2026-inscription@univ-lehavre.fr) by e-mail, specifying the name of the issuer.
